During the sitting of the Committee it
was declared that the Convention that was concluded on 5 October 1961 in the
framework of the Gauge Conference on International Private Law envisages the
principal norms of the will forms that are concluded in the states with
different legal systems. It was also emphasized that according to the document,
any country hat had not been represented on the Gauge conference, has the right
to access to it after it coming into force.
The Members of the Committee emphasized that the bill suggest accessing to the Convention with certain reservations. In its entirety, the Committee upheld the Bill.
